I put the care instructions as well as the recipe for the cookies with each rolling pin.
This embossing rolling pins is made from solid beech, protected with oil, (have in mind that, being a natural material, it might present some small imperfections like changes in colour, small fissures etc... this however does not affect neither the quality of use nor the beauty of the rolling pin).
The pins are 24cm long with the handles, 4,5cm diameter, and weight about 160gr.
We laser-engrave them with a very high precision, and oil them by hand.

They are perfectly safe for use with food.
Wash dry with a brush first, then if needed with water, soap and dry well before using again!
Do not wash in a dishwasher and try to avoid prolonged contact with water.
